The farm and its timbered houses are located in the valley of the Cejpek stream, in the bio-corridor between the villages of Heřmanov and Nová Ves It specialises in breeding Suffolk sheep for meet and rearing fallow deer, red deer and as well as poultry and fish.

You can stay in one of two timbered cottages - either in the Karolína cottage or in the Wellness cottage Both cottages have a beautiful view of the pond and the forest behind it from the living room. You can also rent out the entire complex.

The cottages are situated 50 metres from one another. If you rent both, you and the other group/family will be close together. If you only want one of the cottages, you'll appreciate that the cottages are visually separated, so you won't lose your privacy.

TIP: If you would like to ride a horse, buy real forest honey, homemade cheese, milk, butter and other agricultural products, then the farm will be happy to advise you and refer you to partners from the Regional Farmers' Association "Friends of Zelené údolí".

Did you know…

Of course, you can also prepare your own fish to eat on site or take home, which you can catch yourself in the local pond. If you don't feel like processing the fish yourself, the farm will be happy to help you. You can also buy fresh fish from the neighbouring fishery.
