A stylish cottage that breathes history

Chalupa Sudkáč has been standing for 140 years. It has undergone a sensitive reconstruction and now boasts an unmistakable atmosphere that will remind adults of holidays at Grandma's house in the countryside in days gone by. Whether you look at the garden or inside the cottage, you will find that the owners take excellent care of the property.

What awaits you inside the cottage?

• A living room with a tiled fireplace, in which you can warm up and enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the whole cottage. By the way, every member of the family or group can find a place on the spacious sofas.
• Bedrooms - one in the attic under the old beams, where you will sleep like in a fairy tale, while the other two are downstairs. In one of them you can even sleep on top of a traditional stove.
• Kitchen - well-equipped, modern, yet perfectly in keeping with the character of the cottage. The kitchen also has a dining area and two sofa beds.
• Bathroom - it includes two sinks and a corner bath.

• Mature trees, shrubs and flowers in harmony with the surroundings

Apart from the slide and the sand pit, the garden itself is great for kids to play in. It has plenty of nooks and crannies for children's eyes to explore.

Where to go on a trip?

The surrounding forests, meadows and paths are perfect for hiking and cycling trips or walks and gathering mushrooms. Just 2 km from the cottage is the Josafat farm where you can see pigs, chickens, rabbits, goats, ducks and geese. Here you can buy fresh eggs, honey and meat. You can also go horse riding in the local area. Fishing opportunities can be found 20 km away.
